Scott S. Streed
Attorney
Senior Mediator
Mr. Scott S. Streed earned his Associate of Arts Degree in Police Science from Fullerton College in 1988. In 1991, he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science/Public Administration from California State University Fullerton as well as his Juris Doctorate from Western State University, College of Law in 1995. Mr. Streed has a wealth of knowledge and personal experience to bring to any legal matter. He has been employed in a wide range of professions from the construction industry as a finish carpenter to law enforcement as a Public Safety Officer. Mr. Streed has over 30 years of experience practicing law and brings extensive knowledge in handling Family Law litigation and Criminal Law-related matters.
In those 30+ years of practice, he has also mediated over 100 Family Law cases to a successful conclusion. He has received mediation training from Northwest Mediation Center in Spokane, Washington as well as the Idaho Mediation Association. In addition to his Family Law and Mediation practices, Mr. Streed has extensive experience in planning and drafting Estate Plans which include: Wills, Trusts, and other Estate Planning documents.

Lesli Ashley is a seasoned Limited License Legal Technician (LLLT) with over 30 years of dedicated experience in the legal field. Holding a Bachelor's Degree from Washington State University, Lesli has honed her skills as a Mediator and Family Law professional, providing tailored legal services that focus on Mediation and Family Law issues. She is deeply committed to facilitating resolutions that prioritize the best interests of her clients while ensuring cost-effective and confidential processes.
As an active volunteer, Lesli contributes her time and skills to the Carl Maxey Center, where she supports community initiatives and advocacy for underserved populations. Her leadership extends to her role as the current Chair of the Practice of Law Board at the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), where she fosters legal excellence and community service among legal professionals. Lesli's profound dedication to the field and her community makes her a trusted and respected figure in the legal field.

Rebecca Streed

Rebecca Streed has been a paralegal since 1999. For over 20 years, she was the Senior Executive Family Law Paralegal at our location in Southern California. As the current Office Manager for both our Spokane Valley and North Idaho locations, Rebecca plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations and client care that define our practice.
Rebecca also leads the Estate Planning and Mediation areas of our law office. Whether guiding families through the complexities of Wills and Trusts or facilitating respectful conflict resolution, Rebecca’s many years of experience are key to our team’s ability to provide thoughtful, responsive legal support to the communities we serve in Washington and Idaho.
